The frustration continues to mount as the release of Cameron's Road approaches. In April I received a rough copy of the novel. It was sent to me for revisions along with some notes from my editor. Unfortunately, the publisher sent a handful of the rough copies to the distributor. My editor and I made several revisions to the rough copy, and a "clean" final draft was sent to the distributor. However, we've just learned that a rough copy may have been sent to anyone that bought an advance copy of Cameron's Road. You'll know you received a rough copy if there is an error on the back cover (the last line will read, 'The angel waits patiently as Michael struggles to make a decision.' It should say 'Cameron' instead of 'Michael'.). I'm so sorry to those of you who received a rough copy. Who knows, maybe one day it will be worth more than a clean copy.
Michael Wojciechowski is the author of the novels Utah Expectations and Cameron's Road and the short story, Redemption in a Cheap Motel Room.
